The Part-Time Administrative Coordinator is a key support position to ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively. The Coordinator serves as the primary user of the database, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of its data.
Background Profile:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of Administrative Coordinator experience including entering & managing data into a database
- CRM experience (ideally Blackbaud or Salesforce)
- Mail Merge experience
- Fundraising experience is a Huge Plus!
- You bring excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You bring proven organizational & time management skills
- Ability to maintain good attendance & punctuality each day
